Seating charts are incorrect the moment you send them to the printer as someone may cancel and others may add a +1 at the last moment.
An easy way to create a seating chart is to produce a jpg or a few jpgs with your seating chart, and then display it on the smart tv in The Two-Sixty, or the projectors in The Industria. Typically, we will start displaying this information 10-15 minutes before we open the curtain for seating.
