How can we set up our table layout?

We have some great templates and suggestions

Last updated on 16 Jun, 2025

We’ve created some templates for you to work from here.

If you are considering something substantially different from these templates, please let us know.  Table layouts are key to you and your guests' experience.

We have seen over 1200 weddings.  We are here to help you with comfortable seating and a nice flow (i.e. servers have large enough aisles, guests can move about freely in the space, guests can see you and you them, etc.)

The templates are based on the following items.  Every table layout should consider these items:

1. No one has their back 180 degrees from you.  (A key element for speeches and guest connection.)
2. Uniform lines are much easier to navigate for all.  This is especially true in The Industria. (Straight lines make the decor "pop" as well.)
3. Maximize the space between tables for most comfortable seating for your friends.

There are three main ways, and different variants:

  1. Connected rows - 8 per table

  2. "Pods" - Similar to connected rows but a space every two or three tables.

  3. Individual tables - We recommend 8 per table.  (If you need to add a 9th person, let us know.  The tables need different spacing for this.  (And keep your decor in mind if you are planning to do this.)

Surprisingly (to us) is that the setup does not necessarily need to be symmetrical.  When you add people and floral, it always looks great!
