Thanks for your interest in hosting your rehearsal or rehearsal dinner at The BRIX! Read below about both options and the process of scheduling.
Scheduling Process:
In general, we schedule rehearsals + rehearsal dinners on Thursdays on a first come, first serve basis due to our event schedule. With some winters weddings, we are able to accommodate other weekend days- please inquire about availability.
You can request a reservation at anytime by emailing info@brixonfox.com with your wedding date, preferred option, and time. We officially confirm rehearsals 4 weeks out as we book some Thursday events throughout the year.
If we do end up booking an event on your rehearsal or rehearsal dinner day, we will let you know as soon as possible so you can make alternative plans.
Rehearsal + Rehearsal Dinner Options:
1. Rehearsal: We offer two 2-hour time slots for the weekend (3:45-5:45pm or 6-8pm) and the cost is $250. If your wedding is the next day, you can also drop off/do any decor setup within the 2-hour time period. Check out our full article about Rehearsals for more information.
2. Rehearsal Dinner: We offer a fun, casual, and cost-effective option to host both your rehearsal + rehearsal dinner at The BRIX. The cost is $750 for 3 hours of event time (+ 30 minutes before/after for setup/breakdown) and a team member to help support your rehearsal and the evening.
