Rehearsal Dinners at The BRIX are a fun, casual, and cost-effective way to celebrate!
Here are a few of the important planning details:
Food: You get to bring your own food! There are many restaurants and delivery places in the area such as Maggiano's, Pita Pita, Chipotle, Bleuroot, and plenty of pizza restaurants. Either have your friends/family set up the buffet table or have your caterer set it up.
Drinks: Our BRIX team member will help facilitate your rehearsal and serve the drinks you bring from behind the bar. We ask that you only bring beer and wine (or other canned/bottled beverages, such as seltzers) as our team member will also be helping to facilitate your rehearsal. A couple ways to get your alcohol:
- Have Prestige deliver your alcohol order a day early; or
- Bring in beer and wine on the day of (if possible, bring the beer cold :))
Floor plan: Let us know your final guest count a few weeks prior to your event and we'll set up the dining tables for you accordingly. We usually move the tables into the front ceremony space.
Cleanup: In order to keep the costs low, we ask for some help at the end of the night, which should take about 15 minutes from a few people. Below are some of the clean up details for you/your team to help out with.
- Clear tables and put all items in trash.
- Move tables back to where we need them for your wedding day.
- Take out all of food leftovers, etc.
Our team will take care of cleaning for the next day, and resetting chairs as necessary
Sample Timeline
General timeframe for three hour event. Let’s assume a 6 - 9pm rehearsal dinner rental:
- 5:30 pm - a few people can come to set up rehearsal dinner and/or decor for your wedding.
- 6 pm - rehearsal - likely will start around 6:15-6:30
- 6:30 - food drop for dinner
- 6:45 - dinner + bar
- 8:45 - wrapup
- 9:00 - end of night for guests
- 9:00 - 9:30 - reposition tables and set up additional decor if desired.
Pricing
The price is $750 for up to 50 guests for 3 hours of event time.
In addition to the 3 hours, a few people can arrive 30 minutes earlier to set up for your dinner and can stay 30 minutes afterward if you want to set up decor.
