  •  We schedule rehearsals for two time slots: 4-6 PM (or earlier) and 6-8 PM.
  • Priority is given for those wanting to do a rehearsal dinner. See question on rehearsal dinners.
  • If we have "back to back" rehearsals, guests for the 4 PM rehearsal need to be out promptly by 6 PM, and guests for the 6 PM rehearsal can't arrive before 6 PM.  So, plan on finishing at 5:45 PM, and we suggest a start time of 6:15 on the invitation for the 6 PM slot.  Most people arrive early to rehearsals.  (We will let you know if there is a back to back scheduled.)

We confirm rehearsals 4 weeks prior to your rehearsal date, however if the date is available 4 months prior, you have a 99% chance it will be available 4 weeks prior as well. 

If an event schedules on your rehearsal day, we will let you know as soon as possible so you can make alternate plans. We do our best not to schedule any events when a rehearsal is scheduled.  (We direct people as much as possible to available dates.)
