We schedule rehearsals for two time slots: 3:45-5:45 PM (or earlier) and 6-8 PM.
Priority is given for those wanting to do a rehearsal dinner. See question on rehearsal dinners.
We often have "back to back" rehearsals. It's important that the earlier rehearsal wraps up on time, as guests for the 6 PM may arrive earlier.
We confirm rehearsals 4 weeks prior to your rehearsal date, however if the date is available 4 months prior, you have a 99% chance it will be available 4 weeks prior as well.
If an event schedules on your rehearsal day, we will let you know as soon as possible so you can make alternate plans. We do our best not to schedule any events when a rehearsal is already scheduled. (We direct people as much as possible to other available dates.)
