Of course.  A few logistics on this to consider:

  1. Your caterer may be able to help.  It takes a bit of time to pour all the champagne.
  2. You or your caterer should confirm this is ok with your bartender.  (Typically, no issue with a trusted caterer.)  Note that your caterer will need BASSET servers.  (We don't make the laws.)
  3. Poured champagne has a short table life, so plan accordingly.
