When should the bar be set up?

If you hire 11th Hour Bartending, you don't need to read. They know the timing and will take care of everything. Feel free to read as you might learn something.

At least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Here's why: your guests will arrive up to 30 minutes prior and the bar is right by the entrance. Moving boxes in and out is not the way to greet your guests. Also, it's not possible to do any setup during the ceremony as any setup noises would be heard in the ceremony space. Most bartenders do their quiet prep such as fruit cutting during this time.
