What type of insurance do I need?

1. Event Insurance that covers you as the host 2. Certificates of Insurance from your caterer and bartender (if they're on our list, we'll collect them).

Event Insurance

We generally recommend people get their event insurance from Wedsure as they provide good coverage that satisfies our requirements, and it is as inexpensive as we've found ($125). Check out this step by step guide to get your insurance in 5 minutes!
We ask for couples to get event insurance by 7 months out from their event date.
Once you get insurance, send us over a copy so we can approve it :)

Your bartender and caterer need proof of insurance (COI)

If your caterer and bartender are on our list, you do not need to collect this information. We’ll make sure to collect it on our end.
