When you hire a great team, this generally means there is very little work for you to do.
We simply ask that you take your personal items out of the venue. A couple suggestions:
Ask your caterer to help with the cleanup 30-45 minutes prior to last song.
Most full service caterers will be glad to clear tables, pack up your personal items.
Bring a couple extra cars to pack stuff in. They can stay overnight in our parking lot if you want.
All you have to do is take your items to the car.
Remember, you will likely have a few boxes of open alcohol too.
We have seen a few people that went "all-in" on DIY decor to rent a U-Haul and leave it overnight. They are relatively inexpensive we have learned, so a simple option.
Organized couples often walk out 10-20 minutes after the last song. Your vendor team and The BRIX team will work together to take care of any other details (other than finding a home for your personal items and alcohol.)
