When you hire a great team, this generally means there is very little work for you to do.

We simply ask that you take your personal items out of the venue.  A couple suggestions:

  • Ask your caterer to help with the cleanup 30-45 minutes prior to last song.   
    • Most full service caterers will be glad to clear tables, pack up your personal items.
       
  • Bring a couple extra cars to pack stuff in.  They can stay overnight in our parking lot if you want. 
    • All you have to do is take your items to the car.
    • Remember, you will likely have a few boxes of open alcohol too.
  • We have seen a few people that went "all-in" on DIY decor to rent a U-Haul and leave it overnight.  They are relatively inexpensive we have learned, so a simple option.

Organized couples often walk out 10-20 minutes after the last song.  Your vendor team and The BRIX team will work together to take care of any other details (other than finding a home for your personal items and alcohol.)
