It would take us longer to tell your friends where to go, than your caterer can convert it to cocktails. It just "happens".
The logistics are that we clear the left side of the room in about 3 minutes, and then the right side. We have custom carts and a process we review with your caterer to make sure it all goes smoothly.
Your catering / service team is responsible for transitioning the room. Our event manager is always happy to support the transition logistically.
