In some cases, we have seen couples make bartending plans other than with 11th Hour Bartending. There is a little extra work involved in making sure your bartender is prepared to serve at your wedding.

We ask that the following three steps are completed prior to booking your bartending service.

  1.  The bartending company / bartender must be insured and must provide a Certificate of Insurance with The BRIX on The Fox listed as an additional insured. They must must have $2M of liquor liability to serve at The BRIX.
  2. All bartenders must be Basset Certified. The names of the bartenders and/or Basset certification must be submitted to The BRIX.
  3. The bartender/bartending company must complete a walkthrough with The BRIX. The walkthrough can be scheduled a www.brixonfox.com/walkthrough.

We've found that the earlier couples start the process of approving their bartender, the more prepared they are for their wedding. We generally recommend getting your bartender approved at least 6 months prior to your wedding.
