Longer answer: You and your bartender are liable for guests' actions after your party. We had a few bartenders break this rule, and the end of night is messy (you get the idea). In another case, overserved family got in a fight and guests called the police! It does not end well, and it can all be easily avoided. It's not the way anyone wants their wedding to end.
