That’s a lot of work. We’ve seen it done well, but it has taken planning (and someone not drinking to get back up on a ladder at the end of the night).
Anyone using a ladder will need to sign this ladder waiver.
If you have someone getting on more than a ladder (i.e. for drapery or hanging from rafter), they will need a COI.
