To help you navigate the planning process, we’ve designed a roadmap to ensure your day runs smoothly. Here is what you can expect:
The BRIX Wedding Planning Roadmap
1. The Welcome Call
Goal: A short call to connect, get to know each other, and kick off our working together.
What we cover: We will share our planning resources and answer any initial questions you have.
2. The Check-Ins (Touchpoints)
Ongoing: We will touch base every few months to support you throughout your planning.
Walkthroughs: as often as you want. www.brixonfox.com/walkthrough
8 Months Out: We’ll check on your major vendors (caterer and bartender) and help you sketch a preliminary table layout for you and your florist.
3 Months Out: A personal follow-up to identify any planning gaps and set the date for our next check-ins.
10 Weeks Out (If needed): A quick re-review to confirm everything remains on track.
3. The Final Countdown
4 Weeks Out (Finalization Call): This is the big one! We will confirm your final table layout, guest count, "first look" plans, and timeline.
Note: After this call, the planning questionnaire is finalized.
Some couples prefer to make this a walkthrough. That works for us!
3 Weeks Out: We finalize the table layout using your confirmed RSVPs.
1–3 Weeks Out: Email or text us any final, small tweaks.
