Yes, we have 4 wired xlr inputs that they can plug into.  These inputs are available in floor boxes at the front of the ceremony wall. 

For the ceremony, we have had several people play strings without any amplification.  Sounds great!  If you want strings to play during cocktails, a pickup on their instruments or a couple mics will be needed.  (Our mics are optimized for proximity and voice.)
